Work with engineers to ensure the highest quality of the team's output. Present and communicate work and recommendations to the larger design organization. Clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions in both verbal and written communications. Support design system users by creating channels for feedback and improvements. Build relationships and work closely with other design leads and key stakeholders to deliver solutions and drive adoption of the design system. Work collaboratively with team members on a multidisciplinary team, including content strategists, visual and instructional designers. Test and analyze the success of solutions, then iterate. Develop thinking through wireframes, visual studies, prototypes. Initiate, plan, and conduct research to identify pain points and validate design solutions, ensuring we're asking the right questions and solving for real needs. Design and facilitate workshops with design system users to uncover opportunities to solve problems. Identify opportunities to increase the consistency of our customer experience. Proactively identify opportunities to improve our existing products and tools. Be a leader in understanding and defining the optimal ways for our design system customers to use the design system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: We are looking for a designer that has a good balance of product design with experience of effective application of design system principles. You'll engage in research and design that will uncover opportunities and design solutions to increase adoption of the design system that enables Chase to build market-leading product experiences. This is a hands-on, experienced design role, where you will collaborate with researchers, content writers, product managers, engineers, and business partners. Your role will directly impact the quality of our digital customer experiences through improving how our internal teams learn, use, improve, and scale our design standards across mobile and web experiences. You will gain a deep understanding of the design system and it's comprehensive set of 50 components, extensive guidelines and tools so that you can design artifacts, processes and tools to promote and support the more than 2,000 designers, developers, content partners and product managers using the design system every day.
